C-Arc Creative Curved LED Display | Rental – Chipshow NA

Build seamless curved, cylinder, or wave stages with C-Arc LED displays. Ultra-thin cast aluminum cabinets supporting +/- 45 degree creative splicing.

C-Arc Creative Curved LED Display

Build flawless cylindrical columns, tight curves, and S-wave stages on a US tour or trade show floor. The C-Arc platform uses flexible soft PCB modules and ±30° mechanical locks to give rental crews a curved screen that drops into a straight-cabinet fleet without adding a dedicated inventory burden.

  • Facet-Free Cylinders: Flexible soft PCB modules bend naturally, eliminating the flat-facet “polygon” look common on hard-curved panels. Columns read as one continuous surface, whether the audience is three feet or thirty feet away.
  • Tight Stage Curves: Built-in curved locks handle both concave and convex bends from -30° to +30°. That range lets a single rental house wrap around venue pillars, build tight concave DJ booths, or create convex brand towers at corporate activations.
  • Same Fleet, Curves Included: C-Arc cabinets lock directly into standard straight-cabinet runs. You do not need a separate fleet of curved-only panels to add S-waves, cylinders, or corner portals to a show design.
  • Lightweight Load-In: Each 500 × 500 mm cabinet weighs under 15 lbs and is 3.4 inches deep. One technician can lift, mount, and rig it without assist equipment, cutting drayage weight and on-site labor hours across a touring schedule.
  • Silent Under the Lights: Fanless thermal design keeps the wall below 40 dB. For corporate keynotes, broadcast interviews, and auto-show press events, the display stays out of the audio mix.
  • Quick Rotary Service: A mechanical rotary unlock on each module gives technicians front or rear access without tools. Swaps happen in seconds, even when the wall is flown tight against a truss or an adjacent curved section.

C-Arc Creative Curved LED Display

Extreme Curves. Smooth Cylinders. Maximum Fleet ROI.

Engineered as a premium project-based solution for North American custom exhibitions, corporate events, and creative stage designs. Unlike standard curved panels that create faceted polygons, C-Arc utilizes soft PCB modules and ±30° extreme locks to build perfectly smooth circular surfaces. Fully compatible with your straight cabinets, this ultra-lightweight (under 15 lbs) platform reduces union labor hours while expanding your creative staging capabilities without requiring dedicated corner SKUs.

Smooth Cylinder Surfaces

C-Arc uses soft PCB modules that flex continuously, creating a surface that appears as one smooth cylinder rather than a stack of polygonal plates. The result is cleaner content mapping on the inside of a full 360° column or a sweeping convex backdrop.

C-Arc

Tight Curves for Stage Geometry

The mechanical locking system supports both -30° concave and +30° convex angles per cabinet. That range moves beyond the gentle waves typical of rental LED and into tight, architectural curves: wrapping around truss legs, building immersive booths, or creating a curved IMAG surface that matches the sightline of a raked audience.

C-Art

Mix Curved and Straight Cabinets

C-Arc cabinets connect directly to your existing straight-cabinet walls. You only need a few C-Arc units to add cylinders, curves, or S-waves to a flat screen build. The same mounting rails, the same power connections, and the same setup process handle both.

C-Art

Fast Rigging in US Venues

At under 15 lbs and 3.4 inches thick, the cabinet is built for the realities of US load-ins: union stagehands can carry and hang it without lift assists, compact truck pack keeps drayage weight down, and the reduced physical profile speeds up the build in ballrooms with tight load-in windows.

C-Art

Rotary-Lock Maintenance

Module access is handled by a one-touch rotary unlock, not magnet tools or small screws. In the tight gaps of a curved wall, a technician can release the lock from the front or rear and slide the module free in seconds, keeping the show on schedule and the tool kit minimal.

C-Art

Clean Signal for Broadcast Sets

The 3,840 Hz refresh rate and fanless cooling keep the wall flicker-free and quiet. On camera, gradients stay smooth and there is no fan hum to fight with lav mics, making the C-Arc a reliable choice for televised keynotes, auto-show reveals, and live-streamed corporate events.

Frequently Asked Questions

From specs and compatibility to warranty and support, our FAQ covers everything you need to know to get the most out of your experience.

The C-Shine Plus is designed for general stage rental and supports slight curves (-10° to +15°) using standard rigid modules. The C-Arc, however, is purpose-built for extreme creative shapes. It supports deep curves of -30° to +30°. More importantly, C-Arc uses Soft PCB modules, meaning when you build a cylinder or tight wave, the surface is perfectly smooth and round, whereas standard rigid modules will look like a polygon with faceted edges.
